The Unexpected Twists & Turns of Life
Life is full of unexpected twists & turns that can throw us off course. If you have found yourself with unforeseen challenges and you are ready to push the pause button, regroup, and move forward, we will work collaboratively to identify meaningful next steps and shape your own life narrative.
Grief Counseling
No one is prepared for grief – it is unexpected and difficult. Understanding the loss of something or someone is not straightforward; it involves many ups and downs. By providing empathy and comfort I will help you talk about your grief and manage your emotions. I will also support you in your process of picking up the pieces and continuing on.

Whether you need guidance in challenging eating disorder thoughts and behaviors or help maintaining recovery – I am here to provide unwavering support. I wholeheartedly believe we all deserve respectful and supportive care – inclusive of all body, shape, size, and diagnosis.
