  • What can I expect from our time together?

    During our first session we will spend time getting to know each other and identify what it is you want to get from counseling. We will create a wellness plan that highlights your treatment goals. The wellness plan will serve as a guide and will evolve to address your changing needs and goals. Our sessions will blend solution-focused techniques for skill development and process-oriented approaches to support emotional growth.

  • How many sessions will we meet for?

    The length of time spent in counseling will depend on your treatment goals and needs. We will continually assess your progress. Maintaining open communication and working together will help us better understand your treatment needs and work towards achieving your goals.

  • What is the cost of a session?

    A 50-minute session is $150

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I gladly accept the following insurance plans:

    • Anthem BlueCross & BlueShield of Colorado
    • Aetna
    • Cigna
    • Quest
    • Carelon Behavioral Health

    I can also submit paperwork for private insurance reimbursements.

  • Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?

    I offer both in-person and virtual sessions in the state of Colorado. My office is conveniently located just south of the Denver Tech Center.
